Beauty + Chris Botti + Joe's Os = Fun

On Friday night Katie and I went to see a local high school production of Beauty and the Beast.

It was barely -- and, I mean barely sprinkling but this was excuse enough for Katie to go the full nine yards with her outfit which was complete with hat, rain boots, jacket and umbrella (see right).

She was actually complaining she didn't bring her mittens.

She enjoyed the show but did not like the Beast at first. She was downright scared of him.

She really liked the egotistical Gaston who kept flexing his muscles every 45 seconds -- not sure what that means for future boyfriend choices.

Today, we went to see the Chris Botti concert.

Halmoni was in town which was nice. She caught a few laughs with Maddie.

Snacks were prevalent.

Katie enjoyed some M&Ms with her jazz.

Maddie enjoyed her jazz with Joe's Os and Kix.
